We provide professional light up letter delivery across Greater Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast. Our Brisbane team handles delivery, setup, bump-in, bump-out and collection, either the same night or the following day, depending on your event requirements.

DELIVERING TO BRISBANE, GOLD COAST, & SUNSHINE COAST:

Brisbane region - Free light up letter delivery
Free delivery applies across the entire Brisbane region and surrounding areas, including Ipswich, Caboolture, Redcliffe, Victoria Point, Cleveland, Logan and nearby suburbs.

Gold Coast - Flat rate light up letter delivery
A $300 delivery fee applies for most areas of the Gold Coast, from Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach down to Burleigh Heads.

Sunshine Coast - Flat rate light up letter delivery
A $400 delivery fee applies for most areas of the Sunshine Coast, from Caloundra to Mooloolaba and inland to Maleny and Montville.

If your event falls outside these areas or doesn’t meet minimum order requirements, please contact our Brisbane team and we’ll advise the best option.

Is delivery, setup and collection included in the price?
Yes. Brisbane pricing is all-inclusive and covers delivery, professional setup, bump-in, bump-out and collection. Many Brisbane locations are serviced with no delivery charge, and any flat-rate fees for outer areas are shown clearly at checkout. 

How does delivery work for Brisbane events?
You book online, we deliver and install the setup before your event, then collect either after the event or the following day depending on the venue. There’s no extra cost for late-night or next-day collection. We don’t offer warehouse pickup - having our team handle delivery and install is what keeps things smooth and stress-free.

Can I check availability and pricing online?
Yes. We offer true online booking with live availability and upfront pricing. You can see exactly what’s available for your date and book instantly. No quote requests, no waiting, no email ping-pong, and no ghosting.

How far in advance should I book in Brisbane?
As early as possible. Brisbane is our busiest location and even with a very large inventory, popular dates, numbers and peak periods book out fast. Formals, graduations, 2026 end-of-year events and big corporate dates go early. Live availability is always shown online.

How fast can you set up light up letters and backdrops?
Most Brisbane setups take around 30–90 minutes, even for larger installs. Our letters and backdrops are designed to install efficiently, which is why we’re regularly used for venues, conferences, schools and large events with tight schedules.

Are your light up letters suitable for outdoor and long-term installs?
Yes. Our letters are steel-fabricated, solid, weather-resistant, tested and tagged. We regularly install outdoors for days or weeks at a time, including repeated installs at Nicholas St Precinct in Ipswich, Christmas shopping centre displays and multi-week university graduation events. These aren’t indoor party props, they’re built for real use.

Do you have enough stock for large Brisbane events?
Yes. Brisbane is our largest location, we hold multiple full sets of popular combinations, including several ‘21’ sets and multiple ‘2026’ number sets, plus the ability to spell long words and phrases for major events, schools and corporate functions.

Do you work with major Brisbane venues?
Yes. We regularly deliver to Brisbane’s largest event spaces including the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre and The Star Brisbane, and we’re inducted contractors at both. We’re also a preferred supplier for many other major Brisbane venues and planners.

Do you only hire light up letters, or other event items too?
While light up letters are our core, Brisbane also has our widest accessory range. This includes photo backdrops, orb balls, red carpet and bollards, elaborate proposal setups and large-scale event pieces.

What power is required for your light up letters?
