How do I book a backdrop?
Booking is easy, it takes just a few minutes. You can check instant availability using our live online system (if you see it available for your date, it’s yours), view prices upfront with no hidden fees, and book online in 2 minutes. Prefer a custom quote? Email us and we’ll get back to you the same day (or within 24 hours max - usually!).
What’s included in the hire?
All hires include delivery, professional setup, and pack-down the next day - no extra cost. We handle everything, so your backdrop is ready to wow guests without you lifting a finger. Read more about delivery here.
How long is the hire period?
Our standard hire period is overnight (around 12 hours). We deliver and set up on the day of your event, then collect the next day. Need longer? We offer multi-day hire for conferences, expos, shopping centre activations and public installations.
Do you cover both Brisbane and Melbourne?
Yes! We have full teams in both Brisbane and Melbourne, covering the central and surrounding areas including Geelong & Ballarat (VIC) and Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich & Noosa (QLD). Perfect for companies running events across multiple cities, like national roadshows.
Are your products insured and safe?
Absolutely. Our light up letters, shimmer walls, and flower walls are all professionally built, tested, and fully insured. Setup is done by our trained team to meet venue safety requirements.
What types of backdrops can I hire?
We hire premium shimmer walls, flower walls, media walls, photo walls and our signature steel light up letters and numbers. These can be booked individually or combined into packages for birthdays, corporate events, weddings, schools, expos and more. We also have accessory items balloons, neon signs, artificial flowers, metal display stands, and big shiny orbs (Brisbane only).
Do you offer long hire rates?
Yes. We provide special pricing for multi-day or week-long events such as exhibitions, shopping centre installs, activations, and festivals.
Can I combine backdrops with light up letters or numbers?
Definitely. Our most popular setups mix shimmer walls or flower walls with light up numbers or custom letter combinations. It’s the easiest way to create a premium photo backdrop for your event. Either have them set up together as one big feature, or separate them for multiple photo moments.
