Big Light Letters has delivered to more than 4,000 events since 2018, around 600 a year across Melbourne and Brisbane, known for our light up letter and event backdrops. We supply curated, high-impact setups - light up letters, shimmer walls, flower walls, neon signs, arches and balloon garlands - for every major seasonal occasion including Christmas, Melbourne Cup, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, and sporting events.
In Victoria, we deliver light up letters and backdrops free across Melbourne's CBD, inner suburbs and western suburbs, plus Geelong and Ballarat, and in Queensland, free across the Brisbane region, with setup and pack-down included. DECEMBER
Our biggest season - and December is our busiest month with corporate end-of-year parties, venue functions and multi-week installs. Popular freestanding 1.2m XMAS light up letters, branded company name letters for corporate Christmas parties, 2026 light up numbers, shimmer wall photo backdrops in gold, red and green, luxe green walls, festive arch packages and custom balloon garlands.

NRL & Rugby Season
We've supplied Magic Round, State of Origin, and NRL activations for 8 years, and regularly deliver to stadiums and league clubs in Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Recently we've set up for the Melbourne MCG 49ERS v RAMS NFL Match and the Bronco Finals at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane. We manage full logistics including bump-in scheduling around road closures and venue access windows.

Melbourne Cup Day
Race day setups for corporate lunches, venue packages and brand activations across Melbourne and Brisbane. Shimmer walls, flower walls, branded light up letters (e.g. MOET) or themed letters (e.g. GIDDY UP), florals, and balloon garlands. Multi-day hire available for extended activations.
