Our flower walls sell out every Cup Day. Not "book early" in the marketing sense, in the "we run out of stock" sense. Here's what we hire out for race day, what it costs and how delivery works.
Why venues book with us for Cup Day
Pubs, bars, RSLs, clubs, function centres and corporate lunch hosts across Melbourne and Brisbane come back to us each spring for the same reason,, they want one good photo spot, up before doors open and gone the next day, with the venue name in every guest photo.
We aren't stylists or planners. We keep a tight range of pieces we know photograph well, and we deliver, install and collect them. Everything is freestanding and professional quality, and we've done enough Cup Days to know what works in a busy venue.
Flower wall hire for Cup Day, from $350
Our standard size flower walls are 2.4m x 2.4m, freestanding, and our most-booked Cup Day item. The three that go first every year:
Bella Pink: the spring racing colour, and always first to sell out
Hamptons White: clean, and lets the outfits and fascinators carry the colour
Luxe Green: turf green, sits well with gold and white branding

Two easy add-ons:
Acrylic venue signage: your venue name, event name or logo on the wall. This is the one we recommend for any ticketed Cup Day event, because every photo carries your name.
Neon sign: 'Let's Party' or 'Let's Celebrate' on the flower wall is one of the most popular and simplest upgrades we do. See all neon signs.
Floral arbours and balloon arbours
For a smaller footprint, a metal arbour or wooden arch dressed with florals or balloons works well as a cost-effective option for entryways, courtyards and beer gardens.

Balloon arbour: balloons in your event colours

Shimmer walls in gold, pink or green move and sparkle under venue lighting. Add balloons or florals to tie in your event colours.
Light up letters
Themed words in 1.2m light up letters read clearly from across a room: 'THE CUP', 'GIDDY UP', your venue name, or sponsor names like 'MOET' or 'GH MUMM' for a branded bar or marquee.
Larger setups

Delivery, setup and collection
For venues we usually deliver and install the day before, or early on Cup Day morning before the festivities start, and collect the next day. There's no extra charge for either.
Nothing is fixed to your walls, ceilings or floors. Our team installs it and takes it away, so your staff can focus on a very busy service.
