DELIVERY & SETUP FAQ
SERIOUSLY THOUGH, WHAT OTHER FEES ARE THERE?
None. Unlike a lot of hire companies we don't add fees after you book. No booking fee, no security bond, no preferred delivery time surcharge, no extra labour costs, no setup or installation fees, no extra charge for next day or late night collection before midnight. What you see at checkout is what you pay. That's it.

A FEW COMMON SENSE THINGS

We need to be able to drive there. If your venue has no road access or requires a boat or ferry to reach, additional costs and a conversation will be needed before booking.

We don't set up on beaches. Weather, access, power and liability all make this a no from us.

We don't set up on boats. Our insurance won't allow it - sorry!

We don't set up on actual rooftops. Rooftop function spaces and rooftop balconies? Absolutely, we love them. The actual roof of a building? That's a no.
