West Melbourne - Free delivery
Free delivery applies across West Melbourne and surrounding areas, including Melton, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Geelong, Ballarat and nearby suburbs.

Central Melbourne - $100 flat rate
A $100 delivery fee applies for Melbourne CBD and inner-city locations, including the Melbourne Convention Centre.

East Melbourne - $300 flat rate
A $300 delivery fee applies for Eastern Melbourne suburbs through to Dandenong.

Yes. Our pricing is upfront and all-inclusive, covering delivery, setup, bump-in, bump-out and collection. For many wester suburb locations, delivery is included at no additional cost. For other areas, flat-rate delivery is clearly shown at checkout - no pesky after-hours, next-day pick up, or hidden fees.

How long does setup usually take?
Most light up letter and photo backdrop set ups take an efficient 20–60 minutes depending on size and configuration.

Do you offer warehouse pickup?
No - and that’s by design. We don’t offer customer pickup because our light up letters are event-grade (not party props) and professional installation is part of what ensures a seamless event experience.
