Do you have birthday packages?
Yes! We’ve designed all-in-one birthday packages that include backdrops, light-up numbers, neon signs, and optional balloons. Packages make it easy to get a styled, cohesive setup at the best price and they’re our most popular option for 18ths, 21sts, and milestone birthdays.
Do you do balloons as well?
Yes! We currently offer balloon garlands in Brisbane and balloons will be available in Melbourne soon. Balloons can be added to your hire during check-out for extra impact.
Is delivery and collection included in the price?
Yes. Your booking includes delivery, setup, and next-day collection at no extra cost. We coordinate directly with your venue so your backdrop is ready when you arrive.
Do I need to be there when you deliver?
No you don’t need to be onsite. We liaise with your venue to arrange delivery, setup, and pack-down, so everything is ready to go without you lifting a finger.
Are there any hidden fees?
