Corporate & End-Of-Year Parties
Most of our December bookings are end-of-year parties for offices and teams. The most popular setup is a shimmer wall with a balloon garland and a custom acrylic disk carrying the company logo or "XMAS 2026".
It gives the whole team a branded spot for photos that suits the brand guidelines, or your Christmas theme.
Each December we set up for real estate and property management agencies, including Harcourts, NGU, LJ Hooker and All Properties Group, plus Castle on the Gold Coast. We also style end-of-year parties for mining firms such as CMC, who book with us every year on the Sunshine Coast, for law and consulting firms, and for education centre break-ups.
Large Venues & 200+ Guests
Big rooms such as Crown Melbourne and The Star Brisbane need a bigger backdrop to fill the space and fit group photos. Our XL backdrop options are designed for exactly this - $700 for a 4.8m wide shimmer wall or flower wall. Even larger 7m+ custom size shimmer walls available on request.
Christmas Day & Venue Functions
Running a Christmas Day lunch or buffet? We deliver and set up the day before and collect the day after, at no extra cost, so nothing needs to happen on Christmas Day. Mary Mae's in Brisbane has a backdrop booked for its Christmas lunch this year and we regularly install seasonal backdrops for venues like Brother's Leagues Club Ipswich.

This Christmas, 222 Exhibition Street in Melbourne has booked a five-week foyer install, with 60cm "222" letters stacked on 1.2m "XMAS" beside the building's tree. In Brisbane, Newmarket Village has hired our 1.2m LOVE and XMAS letters for its Santa's grotto every Christmas for the past few years.
