September gave our Melbourne team two setups we'd have said yes to on the spot, and they landed in the same fortnight.

49ERS v RAMS - The Penthouse Tailgate

On Friday 11 September 2026, the NFL played its first-ever regular season game on Australian soil: the San Francisco 49ers against the Los Angeles Rams at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, kicking off at 10.35am to a full house and a global broadcast audience.

We were across the road.

Our Melbourne team installed light up letters at The Penthouse Tailgate, a private event space directly opposite the MCG in East Melbourne, for a VIP gameday event that drew international media. We spelled 49ERS in red and RAMS in blue, plus NFL in white, running our remote control colour-changing bulbs so each team's letters sat in their own colours across the space.

Can light up letters be set up on a rooftop?

Yes. This install was on an exposed rooftop, and it's a question we get often.

Our letters are precision-fabricated from double-rimmed steel, freestanding, and our stands take sandbag weighting, so rooftops, terraces and open outdoor sites are standard work for us rather than a problem to solve.

Can the letters be lit in a specific colour?

Yes. Every letter runs remote control colour-changing bulbs. Any colour in the spectrum, changed from a handheld remote, with no apps, no manually switching out bulbs and no extra cost. That's how we ran red and blue side by side at the Penthouse Tailgate, and green at Mount Eliza the following week.

HOUSE 5 - The Block, Mount Eliza

Straight after the NFL, our Melbourne team was on the Mornington Peninsula for Channel Nine's The Block.

Season 22 is being filmed at Mount Eliza, on a hilltop site overlooking Port Phillip Bay about 50km south-east of Melbourne's CBD, and it's the first location in the show's 22-season history with a water view.

We were booked by the real estate agent marketing House 5, for the VIP open home.

Light up letters as property marketing signage

This is a use we're seeing more of, and it's worth spelling out.

We ran HOUSE 5 down the driveway, lit green to match Rick and Tayla's team colour, so the letters worked as the entry moment for arriving guests.

For an agent, that's high-impact portable signage: it identifies the property from the street, it creates the arrival point, and it photographs well for the campaign afterwards. Set up and collected by us, no installation on the property, nothing left behind.

Property launches, display homes, auction days and open homes are all straightforward bookings for us across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
