Our hire prices are per day, with no minimum hire period. We deliver and set up before your event and collect free the following day, or pack down the same night if your venue requires it. All our electrical equipment is inspected, tested and tagged by a competent person to AS/NZS 3760, the Australian standard for in-service electrical safety testing. This is a legal requirement for hire equipment, and venues in Melbourne and Brisbane ask for it before setup. Our power supplies carry the Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM) under the national Electrical Equipment Safety System (EESS).Our light up letters run on custom 12V/24V low-voltage bulbs with double-insulated wiring. That means a much lower shock risk than letters running on 240V mains power, and the letters can be set up in the rain or near water, including beside pools. Detachable steel stands on the back of each letter can be weighted or pegged into the ground, so the letters can stay outdoors for installations lasting several weeks. Do you have public liability insurance and safety documentation? Yes. We hold $20 million public liability insurance and can provide a certificate of currency, which most venues require before suppliers bump in. If your venue or event requires a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS), we can provide that too.

Remote-control bulbs to easily adjust the colour/brightness (physical remote, no app required), or standard warm white bulbs also available.

Cancellation terms and conditions: (1) Deposits are non refundable. (A) If full amount has been paid and cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to your event, the full amount will be refunded minus your deposit. (B) If full amount has been paid and cancellation is made less then 60 days prior to your event but not less then 30 days prior to your event, half the amount will be refunded minus your deposit. (C) If full amount has been paid and cancellation is made less then 30 days prior to your event no refund will be given.
