Hey there!


We’re Roy and Cara, a husband-and-wife team passionate about creating memorable moments. After years of dreaming about launching something of our own, we found the perfect fit with Big Light Letters. The quality, the impact, the vibe, it all just clicked.


Now, we’re thrilled to bring light up letter hire, party backdrops, and neon sign hire to Melbourne’s western suburbs, Ballarat, and Geelong, helping people across the region celebrate in style with those unforgettable wow-moment finishes.

We’ve teamed up with Chris and Shannon, the founders of Big Light Letters Brisbane - the city’s top-rated light up letter company, delivering to over 100 events every month and backed by more than 220 five-star Google reviews. Drawing on their years of experience (and seriously slick setups), we’re proud to carry that same level of quality, care, and creativity into this new chapter.
