Can the letters go outside?

Yes. Unlike most other light up letter companies, our letters are fully weatherproof and weighted for safe outdoor use. We’ve set them up in major public spaces, courtyards, parks, and more.


Do you offer special multi-day hire rates?

We don't just do single day hire - in fact our light up letters have been a fixture at permanent displays for up to a month and for many Universities the lights stay there for the entire graduation week. Contact us for more info on multi-day and week-long hire at info@biglightletters.com.au


Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat and surrounding suburbs. Read more about our free delivery areas and flat-rate pricing here.


How big are the letters?

Our standard light up letters and light up numbers are 1.2m tall x 20cm depth x about 1m in width depending on the letter. We also have a smaller 60cm letter option, perfect for two-tier set ups.


Can I hire letters and a backdrop together?

Absolutely! In fact, that’s our most popular option. You can build your own event hire package through our online booking page, choose from our ready-to-go packages, or contact us at info@biglightletters.com.au to discuss your specific requirements.


How far in advance should I book?

End-of-year events and graduations book out fast. We recommend securing your date at least 4–6 weeks ahead, especially for November/December.
