About Big Light Letters Melbourne.
Big Light Letters Melbourne is run by Roy and Cara, a husband-and-wife team who deliver and install event-grade light up letters, numbers and photo backdrops across Melbourne and regional Victoria. It is the Melbourne arm of Big Light Letters, which has set up more than 4,000 events in Melbourne and Brisbane since 2018.

Corporate events make up a large share of our Melbourne work. At MCEC we installed 1.2m light up letters spelling ITS SUMMIT for the full week of the ITS Summit, and a green wall for RANZCP. For a NAB x Trinny London event at Alto Event Space we provided a photo backdrop with a shimmer wall, orbs and custom signage. Other set ups include an event for the NFL’s 49ers v Rams game, Melbourne Racing Club’s Melbourne Cup Day, HOUSE 5 for The Block, and silver orbs for the Aver launch at Highpoint. At Crown Melbourne we have set up light up letters for Mitsubishi, Forty Winks, Delta Air Lines and Sportsbet, and at Crowne Plaza for a Sentosa Singapore tourism event. We also did an EB Games photo wall at General Assembly South Wharf, and events for AJ & Co and De Jonge Read. Clients with offices in both cities book us for matching set ups in Melbourne and Brisbane.

Do you service corporate events and brand activations?
Yes, it's a core part of what we do. Our letters and backdrops are regularly used for corporate award nights, product launches, school formals, university events, festivals and brand activations across Melbourne. We work with event managers, venues and production teams. Multi-day and long-term installation pricing available for expos, shopping centre activations and seasonal displays.

How long does setup take?
Most installs take 20-60 minutes depending on size and configuration. We coordinate directly with your venue on bump-in times so everything is ready before guests arrive.
